It leaves at 08:00 a.m and the arrival time to Bagan depends on the season and water level. In the dried season from October to May, it can take about 08/10 hours and in the rainy season from June to September, it can take about 5/6 hours only.

Domestic flights on Air Mandalay or Yangon Airways or Air Bagan (F-100, ATR 72/42) in Myanmar.
There are two different boats operating between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap in Cambodia, depending on the season. In the dried season (from March to July), only the small boat is available. There are not seats and only the long benches with sofas are available. Most of the times, the cruise starts from Kompong Chhang which is about 3 hours drive from Phnom Penh because the water level is low and the boat cannot start from Phnom Penh. From Battambang to Siem Reap, it takes about 5/6 hours by boat. So, in the dried season, it is not highly recommended. In the rest of the months (from August to February), the express boats are operating and there is no problem.
Recommend to make all the year round
